Rebate Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to G&M Realty & Associates rebates:

  • The rebate customer must write down "G&M Realty & Associates" on their guest card and application on their FIRST visit to the apartment community or online application in order to qualify.

  • Rebates will only be sent after your apartment community has paid G&M Realty & Associates referral invoice.

  • Apartment communities typically mail us our commissions within 2 to 4 months after you move in, but can take longer depending on your property's invoice processing time.

  • Rebates will be paid via check or Visa Gift Card, and mailed to your new mailing address that you moved to.

  • In the event a rebate check is lost or stolen, you may request a replacement check by contacting our Rebate Department. Replacement rebate checks are subject to a $25 stop payment fee.

  • G&M Realty & Associates will cancel all rebate checks that are not cashed or deposited within 90 days of check date.
